Additional Bonus Points!
Remember you can receive bonus points for any of the following – If you have a personal or company event let us know and we will assign bonus points for all your hard work:

    ½ Marathon = 15 points
    Full Marathon = 25 points
    Charity Walk/Run 1 – 5 miles = 10 points
    Weight Watchers type program = 1 point per day
    Company Stretch Programs – 1 point per day
    Volunteering/Participating in Charity or Community Events, i.e. Irish Fest, ArtPrize = 10 points
    Getting a flu shot = 5 points
    Giving Blood = 10
    Quit Smoking = 20 points per week
    Participating in company sponsored Lunch & Learn Wellness Programs = 10 points
    Bring healthy food to company potluck = 10 points

What is this site about?

This site features a quarterly "Health Challenge" where businesses can register and track point progress for a variety of health-related activities, tournaments, charity/community/company events.

We are just beginning this endeavor and are excited by the amazing response! The intent is to provide continuously updated information and resources to individuals and workplaces and to facilitate cooperation and peer networking so that individuals, entities and the collective community may grow healthier and more prosperous.
